A tangy new take on a classic chocolate fondant pudding - a rich chocolate sponge with an oozy raspberry coulis centre.

 

Cooking instructions: from frozen, partially remove film lid and microwave until piping hot. Actual cooking time will vary from 30 to 60 seconds depending on microwave wattage.
